Merge Car Rental Malaysia is a 100% Bumiputera company and was incorporated on 11th November 2011 under the Company Act 1965. The self-propelled car rental industry is estimated to earn RM 700 million in 2018. To serve this market, Merge Car Rental Malaysia aggressively conduct online/offline marketing activities and also continuously enhance its operational coverage.

In the beginning, Merge Car Rental Malaysia established its business office in Kuala Lumpur City for administrative and business purposes, providing its own self-service car rental service to nearby customers. In response to positive customer feedback and demand, Merge Car Rental Malaysia has added branches in Langkawi Kedah, Terengganu, Penang, Ipoh Perak, Melaka, Kuantan, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor

Currently, Merge Car Rental Malaysia’s 350 vehicles fleet is comprised of compact SUVs, sedans, multi-purpose vehicles (MPV), sports utility vehicles (SUV), four-wheel drive vehicles, tourist van and 44-seater buses. All these vehicles are housed in the 9 branches of Merge Car Rental which operates 24/7.

Up till now, Merge Car Rental Malaysia focuses on key activities namely self-drive rental, Chauffeur Service, airport transfer, leasing service, bus rental for tourists, and corporate travel packages. To date, the number of customers has grown from within to outside the country.
